Music
I have played piano since the age of five and began studying trombone at ten. I received a Bachelor of Music in Trombone Performance, summa cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance, where I performed in the Symphonic Band, Philharmonic Orchestra, Symphonic Orchestra, and Trombone Choir. I also play jazz trombone and compose for piano and trombone.
I attended the Interlochen Arts Academy during the summer, where I served as Principal Trombonist, and later held the same position with the Brown University Orchestra and Opera Productions.
